Pool Technician

Bluewater Pro Pool Service LLC seeks a reliable Pool Technician to service residential and commercial pools in the Boca Raton area. In this field-based role, you'll clean and vacuum pools, skim debris, brush surfaces, and test and balance water chemistry for safe, crystal-clear water. You'll inspect and maintain pumps, filters, and other equipment, perform basic repairs, and document each visit. Working independently, you'll manage a daily route, communicate clearly with customers, and uphold our customer-first, safety-focused, and detail-oriented service standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine pool cleaning, skimming, vacuuming, and brushing for residential and commercial clients
• Test and balance pool water chemistry to maintain safe, clear water
• Inspect and maintain pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems
• Diagnose and perform basic repairs or coordinate advanced repairs as needed
• Document service visits, maintain accurate records, and communicate findings to clients
• Follow safety procedures and proper handling of pool chemicals
• Manage a daily route independently and arrive on time to scheduled appointments
• Provide professional, courteous customer service and answer basic pool care questions
• Report issues or improvement opportunities to management for follow-up
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in clean, organized condition
