CBRE Government & Defense - 3551 Roger Brooke Drive - Responsibilities:
Inspect, operate, maintain, test and repair boilers, cooling towers and associated control and distribution equipment.;
Perform maintenance and repair on Central Energy Plant equipment including medical air and vacuum, electric and diesel air compressors, diesel and natural gas fuel systems, water softeners, pumps, motors, and chillers.;
Operate rotating machinery following manufacturer recommendations and applicable regulations.;
Interpret readings from gauges and meters to monitor boilers and chillers; adjust controls for safe, efficient operation.;
Assist team with additional duties as qualified.
