NAPCO Precast SA - San Antonio, TX 78250
Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.75 Hourly
SummarySmooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete, such as floors, walls, double Ts, columns, or beams using a variety of hand and power tools.
Primary Responsibilities- Rub cement in with sponge-rubber float or burlap.
- Finish corners by hand
- Patch holes/cracks on concrete walls
- Remove/Clean excess concrete from the walls
- Use grinders on blemishes
- Drill or Core drill holes as needed
- Clean all hardware
- Cut concrete as indicated on repair orders
- Climb stacks of walls and TTs
Physical Requirements
- The ability to lift, bend, stoop, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs
- Be on feet 8 to 12 hour shifts
- Work outside all day in heat or cold
- Push and pull 30 lbs.
- Work overtime and mandatory Saturdays when scheduled
- Must be clean shaven to wear a face mask or respiratory
- Pass fit test (mask fits properly & protects adequately) & pulmonary function test (evaluate function of lungs)
