Tepa Companies is seeking experienced Pipe Welders to join their Industrial Services Division. This is a traveling role, working on piping and plate welding within petroleum operations facilities. Candidates will perform a variety of welding and fitting tasks, contributing to tank construction and repair projects. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, safety-focused, and willing to travel frequently for project assignments.

• High School diploma or GED
• At least 8 years of relevant welding experience
• Experience as a pipe welder
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in above ground tank construction/repair
• Ability to pass 6G weld test (SMAW, GTAW, FCAW)
• Ability to pass 2, 3, and 4G plate welding tests
• Proficiency in stick and TIG welding on carbon and stainless steel pipe
• Ability to use large weld rods (3/16“ minimum) in all positions
• Maintain a 90–100% pass rate on radiographic welds
• Advanced knowledge of automatic welding equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and instructions
• Working knowledge of AWS, API, ANSI, and ASME codes
• Physical dexterity and ability to follow safety regulations
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check (including for US military installations)
