Job Description- Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repair on facility equipment, HVAC systems, dock doors, and levelers to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks, including changing HVAC filters, basic electrical work, and maintaining facility systems to minimize downtime.
- Conduct general building maintenance such as painting, carpentry, cleaning, and overall facility upkeep to maintain a professional work environment.
- Utilize 3+ years of facilities maintenance experience, mechanical repair skills, HVAC knowledge, and experience operating boom lifts or scissor lifts for elevated maintenance work.

- Day shift schedule is Saturday through Wednesday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with occasional flexibility to assist on other shifts as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
