As we accelerate our growth into 2026, we are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our field operations. • Field Troubleshooting & Repair: Service, diagnose, and maintain a wide variety of commercial mechanical systems with high autonomy and minimal supervision.
• Core Systems Diagnostics: Apply foundational refrigeration cycles, heat transfer laws, and fluid hydronics to resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues without guessing or swapping parts.
• Commercial Equipment Mastery: Work across commercial/light industrial gear, including RTUs, split systems, cooling towers, heat exchangers, and VAV systems.
• Modern Field Tech: Manage your jobs through our internal field management system (Build Ops). Track asset history, complete service documentation accurately, and keep clients and dispatch updated in real time.
• Safety & Field Precision: Operate aerial lifts, recovery equipment, overhead cranes, and testing instruments safely. Enforce jobsite safety, strict Lock-Out/Tag-Out protocols, and code compliance on every call.

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC service, maintenance, and repair experience.
• Technical Licenses: Active EPA Universal certification (Required). HVAC Trade School certifications or active TDLR licenses are highly preferred.

  Proven ability to read mechanical drawings, schematics, and piping diagrams. Strong electrical and piping troubleshooting expertise.
• A Professional Standard: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, ability to pass a background check, strong customer service skills, and a reliable, self-supporting work ethic.
