The Fence Installer 1 position is part of a dynamic team that are industry specialists trained to understand the security, accessibility, and image requirements of our customers. You will take directions to help prepare jobsites and use hand and power tools to prepare, remove and install all types of fences per spec requirements. As a field employee you are the face of the company and we rely on you to maintain a sense of professionalism and focus on customer service, even while under pressure to meet tight deadlines and strict security requirements.

This is a physically demanding job that is mostly working outside in various weather conditions. Complete training will be provided for the successful candidate.

• Own safety role for yourself, and other team members
• Safely set up and take down fence and associated products at customer sites
• Complete operational paperwork (JHA's reports, truck inventory logs, site checklists, etc.) as directed
• Take direction from Lead Fence Technician/Operations Manager
• Assist in navigating to sites to ensure the crew arrives in the safest and most expedient way possible
• Work in a safe and productive manner, remaining constantly cognizant of site safety
• Ensure workplaces and company vehicles are clean and free of garbage and hazards
• Act in a professional manner with fellow employees and customers
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Other duties as assigned
