You’ll report to our HVAC Service Supervisor and partner with Operations to deliver reliable, correct work—every time.

What you’ll do Maintain and repair residential heating and cooling equipment.

Check duct systems and keep company tools/materials service-ready.

Identify components, wire systems, and perform start-ups.

Diagnose issues, advise on solutions, and execute repairs to keep systems running right.

Test operations during start-up and record results.

Complete comprehensive system inspections; share concerns with dispatch/customers.

Explain all services and repairs performed.

Coordinate daily schedule directly with the office.

Order parts ahead of appointments and arrive prepared.

Transport and accurately account for parts, materials, and tools.

Finish digital paperwork neatly and on time.

Debrief calls with dispatch and document work.

Leave work areas clean upon completion.

Keep your company vehicle clean and organized.

Follow company performance standards and code of ethics.

Provide courteous service to customers and coworkers.

Wear protective shoe covers inside customer homes.

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Other duties as assigned.

Must-haves

High school diploma or GED.
1+ year of HVAC service experience.

EPA Certification.

Soldering/brazing proficiency.

Strong written and verbal communication.

Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).Beginner computer skills; comfortable on a computer, laptop, or tablet.

Basic internet and email skills (Microsoft Outlook or similar).Valid driver’s license.

Ability to work overtime on short notice; occasional weekends.

Nice-to-havesHVAC trade school certificate.
1–2 years in construction, HVAC, or related trades.

Work environment

Mostly at occupied residences and residential construction sites; limited office time.

Drive between jobs.

Active construction exposure: equipment, heights, confined spaces, noise, dust, odors, and hazardous materials.

Indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, rain, cold, wind) with proper PPE.Physical demands

Operate a motorized passenger vehicle or forklift.

Frequently lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Regular climbing, bending, crawling, kneeling, and crouching.

Work at heights; use ladders and stairs; occasional platform/scaffolding work with fall protection.

Use required PPE: hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, masks/respirators, reflective vests, gloves, and safety-toe boots.

Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.

Hear and distinguish speech/sounds to safely use phones and equipment.

Vision capable of close, distance, and peripheral focus with normal depth perception (with or without correction).Communicate information verbally.

Input data via standard keyboard or 10-key on handhelds/computers.

Reach overhead; signal; grasp; hold; lift; turn; push; and pull tools/materials.
