Lead Low Voltage Technician

We are looking for an experienced Lead Low Voltage Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is a dependable leader with strong technical skills who can manage a crew, communicate effectively with customers and project managers, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of low voltage technicians on commercial and residential job sites.
• Install, troubleshoot, and service low voltage systems, including structured cabling, security cameras (CCTV), access control, alarm systems, audio/video, and network infrastructure.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and job site activities.
• Ensure all work meets company standards, local codes, and safety requirements.
• Train and mentor team members while maintaining productivity and quality.
• Communicate project progress and any issues with management and customers.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in the low voltage industry.
• Previous experience leading a crew or managing technicians.
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling, networking, CCTV, access control, and related low voltage systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
