$35–$55/hour or $46,000–$71,000 per year | Texas‑Based | Full‑time or Part‑time / Per‑day.

• Must have pediatric experience; school‑based experience preferred.
• Holds (or is eligible for) a valid Texas OT license.
• Masters degree or doctorate.
• Passionate about supporting children in school‑based and pediatric settings.
• Communicates effectively and thrives in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.
• Brings strong clinical skills and a warm, client‑centered approach.
• Eager to learn, grow, and continuously develop professional expertise.

• Deliver direct therapy, conduct assessments for children in school‑based and clinic environments.
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success.
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation for assessments, treatment plans and progress reports.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to OT fieldwork students as needed.
