Language Requirement:
Fluency in English is required.

Academic Requirement:
High school diploma or equivalent (required);
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (preferred).

Certifications:

First aid, CPR.

Work Experience:

Required – Minimum 2 years of related experience or training;
Preferred – Minimum 4 years.

Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables
  • Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards applicable to this position.
  • Participate in scheduled meetings, in-service training, and team decisions as needed.
  • Maintain Compass Connections professional and ethical standards of conduct, including respecting agency staff, children, and community members, and complying with the required dress code at all times.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all child and program operations.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally by phone or face‑to‑face with agency staff, vendors, community members, and regulatory and contract staff.
  • Compile, prepare, submit, and maintain accurate records, files, forms, statistics, and additional information in accordance with agency policies, licensing, and/or contract requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all areas of child and program operations.
  • Maintain professional and ethical standards of conduct, including respect for staff, clients, and community members, and complying with the required dress code at all times.
  • Other Responsibilities
  • Maintain a comprehensive digital archiving system and retrieve information from files as directed.
  • Receive, track, and respond to high‑volume inquiries and requests for stored records from internal and external agencies in a timely manner.
  • Process raw images using the appropriate software.
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation or training in accordance with agency policies and procedures and contract and regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Meet all deadlines required by program supervisor and federal partners.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Requirements
  • Pass a pre‑employment drug screen and random drug screens throughout employment.
  • Provide proof of work eligibility status upon request. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; the organization is unable to sponsor or take over visa sponsorship.
  • Pass a pre‑employment and biennial criminal background checks.
  • Demonstrate the ability to:
    • Respond sensitively and competently to the service population’s cultural and socio‑economic characteristics.
    • Work collaboratively with other staff members, service providers, and professionals.
    • Work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining emotional control and professional composure at all times.
    • Organize and prioritize responsibilities and duties efficiently.
    • Maintain computer literacy required to meet the responsibilities of the position.
    • Work effectively and independently, as well as part of a multidisciplinary team, with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of all Compass Connections policies and procedures.
  • Comply with the annual influenza vaccination requirement or obtain an approved medical or religious exemption.
