En Ile-de-France, le Service social régional de l'Assurance maladie est intégré à la Caisse Régionale d'Assurance Maladie d'Ile-de-France (CRAMIF). It proposes a service offering focused on advice and personalized support to individuals weakened by illness or loss of autonomy. Located in the 8 departments of Ile de France and spread over 29 sites, the Social Service of the CRAMIF is a major social actor.

In case of health-related difficulties, the Social Service of the Health Insurance accompanies the insured:

• If they are on sick leave and their health condition makes it difficult to return to work,
• If they experience difficulties in dealing with the consequences of their illness.

The social service informs the insured, accompanies them in their steps and supports them in finding the most appropriate solutions to their situation.

The main missions of the social service assistant at the CRAMIF are:

• To provide comprehensive help to people in difficulty, facing or likely to face a health problem or loss of autonomy or facing a situation of precariousness or social fragility,
• To contribute to the fight against social exclusion and the maintenance of social cohesion,
• To provide advice and tailored support for each situation,
• To implement aid plans, through individual, collective actions, and by coordinating the necessary networks (family, medical, social, etc.).

You will join a team of social service assistants to implement individual and collective accompaniments. You will be fully involved in achieving the objectives of the social service. You will use the work tools and business applications provided to you and ensure the reporting of your activity. For this, you will be accompanied by a manager holding a DEASS.

You must also comply with the Information System Security Policy requirements of the organization.
