Alternance - Chargé de Développement Social F/H
Au sein de la Direction Action Sociale, tu rejoins le service d'accompagnement social dédié aux personnes en situation de perte d'autonomie liée à l'âge et leurs aidants.
Au cours de ton alternance, tu interviendras principalement sur les missions suivantes :
- Accompagner à distance les aidants et leurs proches dans la recherche de solutions pour garantir ou maintenir l'autonomie à domicile,
- Actionner les leviers à disposition (offre de services action sociale Malakoff Humanis ou Agirc-Arrco)
- Conseiller sur les dispositifs de droits communs, veille sociale.
Tu prépares un Bac+2 dans le social. Tu as déjà mené des actions concrètes dans ce domaine. Tu fais preuve d'une grande capacité d'écoute, de disponibilité et d'empathie. Tu es à l'aise aussi bien à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
