Job Summary
The Service Coordinator III, Program Design Management (PDM) & Governance & Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment and Attendance (ERSEA) manages the delivery of services to maximize community impact and maintains support for a formal structure of shared governance through parent committee, policy council, and the governing body, while ensuring that services provided are in alignment with the Social Determinants of Health through a trauma informed care lens as defined by the agency.
This liaison position will assist with communication of shared decision‑making amongst each group. Facilitation of required reports to the office of Head Start to include, but not limited to, the annual program information report, agency annual report, annual self‑assessment, audit report, community assessment, communication from HHS Secretary, monthly enrollment, monitoring reports, service plans and strategic and long‑range planning. Works with agency staff in the development, implementation and coordination of the Head Start/EHSCCP ERSEA activities;
eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment and attendance of Head Start participants. The ERSEA Coordinator supports the monitoring, analysis and reporting of ERSEA data, ensuring all Head Start/EHSCCP services are in compliance with regulatory and licensure requirements and assists in the blending of administration and program to promote maximum efficiency of service delivery within Early Head Start Child Care Partnership/Head Start programming.
The Service Coordinator III, PDM & Governance & ERSEA is also responsible for writing proposals for program, supervisor/coordination, subcommittee meetings, peer review, departmental compliance, and external and internal reporting of delivery of services. Is responsible for the oversight of the day‑to‑day operations of centers. Services are provided for children ages birth to five years of age.
