Missions

For the Defense Base of Île de France, the agent processes dossiers for military domain dispositions to third parties, transfers, and leases, in coordination with the Defense Infrastructure Service. Their collaboration with the SID is constant and ensures the efficient processing of interests for the Ministry of the Armed Forces and Veterans. The main duties are:

• Compilation of disposition requests
• Initialization of dossiers with the SID
• Follow-up on disposition dossiers
• Collaborative review of dossiers
• Signing of dossiers
• Reminders and maintenance of the dispositions database

The main skills expected for the position are organization, administrative rigor, use of office software, and a good command of the French language. The person must hold a minimum diploma of CAP or BEP in secretarial work up to BTS. Experience in the domainal field is an asset.
