ENDEAVORS is seeking a Navigator in San Antonio to support chronically homeless veterans in accessing housing, benefits, and community services. You will lead outreach efforts, assess participant needs, and coordinate housing and service plans with partners to promote housing stability.
The role requires 1+ years of case-management experience with veterans preferred, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and willingness to travel up to 75% to service locations through the SSVF program.
