Family Advocacy Specialist

Choctaw Global seeks a Family Advocacy Specialist to support a surge response team providing family assistance, case coordination, and resource navigation for government and commercial clients. Responsibilities include conducting intake and needs assessments, maintaining confidential case records, coordinating referrals to social, legal, and community services, and supporting crisis and surge operations. You'll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, follow established protocols, document services, and communicate regularly with stakeholders, all while upholding Choctaw values of integrity, respect, and community-focused service.
