Family Advocacy Intervention Specialist

Choctaw Global seeks a Family Advocacy Intervention Specialist to support at-risk individuals and families through assessment, safety planning, and coordinated services. In this mission-driven role, you will conduct intakes, provide crisis intervention, develop and monitor service plans, and connect clients with community and government resources. You will collaborate closely with social services, healthcare, and legal partners, maintain accurate case records, and ensure compliance with program and government standards while upholding Choctaw values of integrity, respect, and community.
