Global Refuge seeks a Refugee Cash and Medical Assistance (RCMA) Program Case Aide to work with RCMA Case Managers and community partners. You will support eligibility, referrals, and service coordination while assisting clients in navigating health and employment resources.
Responsibilities include scheduling, documentation, transportation support, and ensuring access to RCA, RMA, and other essential services. Strong trauma-informed, multilingual capabilities are valued.
