If you are passionate about transforming communities with a mission-driven organization, then we have the opportunity for you!
Reporting to the RCMA Program Coordinator and/or Client Services Supervisor, the Refugee Cash and Medical Assistance (RCMA) Program Case Aide works in close coordination with RCMA Case Managers, other program staff, and community partners to provide timely, client-centered services to refugees and other Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR)-eligible populations. The Case Aide supports the RCMA team by assisting with eligibility documentation, service coordination, transportation, appointment scheduling, referrals, data entry, and client follow-up activities.
Responsibilities focus on working directly with clients in the field, in their homes, at partner agency locations, healthcare facilities, workforce development centers, and within the broader community. The Case Aide helps ensure participants successfully access Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA), Refugee Medical Assistance (RMA), employment services, and other resources that promote self-sufficiency and successful integration.
Global Refuge, formerly known as Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service (LIRS), is a nonprofit serving newcomers seeking safety, support, and a share in the American dream.
