Provides custom software design and development of CNO tools and techniques. Designs and develops end-to-end data flow and tasking into CNO tools developed. Provides and authors documentation, participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews in accordance with the Government's software development procedures and processes.

Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required (e.g., Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).
Capabilites- Develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments; UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments; or, Embedded or mobile platform development using proprietary, GOTS, or open source build environments.
- Provide/authors documentation, participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews as prescribed by the Government's software development procedures and processes.
- Design and develop end-to-end data flow and tasking for CNO tools developed.

- Provide/authors and participate in technical presentations on assigned projects.
- TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly
- 2 years of experience required with a masters degree
- 4 years of experience required with a bachelors degree
- 8 years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
- Bachelor s Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering)
- Programs in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
- Programming with CNO Tools and techniques. Using network sockets programming including developing packet-level programs, expert packet-level understanding of IP, TCP, and application-level protocols.
- Software development in one or more of the following:
- 1. Windows application using Visual Studio or .NET environments
- 2. Unix/Linux applications using make files or comparable build environments.

Pay Range: $81.41 - $110.25 per hour. Hourly pay rates listed for this position serve as a general guideline and are not a guarantee of compensation. Compensation will vary dependent upon factors including but not limited to: government contract rates, education, relevant prior work experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies, certifications, and geographic location.
* Hourly pay rates reflect the pre-benefit gross wage amounts.
