Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to support the development of Investment Experience prototypes.

This role involves collaborating with tech leads, architects, and engineers to implement web and front-end solutions that integrate with external platforms.

The developer will lead front-end development, ensure compliance with branding and accessibility guidelines, and deliver a high-quality, scalable, and performant application in line with enterprise architecture standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in technical collaboration for system integration and prototype development.
• Work closely with architects and tech leads to break down features into actionable stories for prototype execution.
• Lead front-end and application development for Investment Experience prototypes.
• Integrate solutions with external platforms and APIs.
• Conduct NGR assessments for branding, accessibility, and compliance.
• Collaborate with developers and test engineers for full lifecycle solution delivery.
• Ensure the solution adheres to non-functional requirements including accessibility, performance, and scalability.
• Maintain proper test coverage and documentation.
• Utilize Git Lab for development, deployment, and integration workflows.
• Use JIRA for backlog refinement, feature grooming, and task tracking.
• Submit and manage access and security requests through Service Now.
• Ensure timely delivery of features and adherence to architecture and design standards.

• 5–7 years of experience with REST APIs and JSON web services.
• 3–5 years of experience in mobile-first web application development.
• Strong experience with React and Spring Boot.
• At least 3 years of hands-on development experience with Java.
• 3+ years of experience working in AWS environments.
• Familiarity with Git Lab, JIRA, and Service Now in daily development operations.
• Strong understanding of platform infrastructure and cloud-native technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams and deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Experience with Talon / Talon Web platforms.
• Background in financial services or Investment Solutions.
• Experience with MSR, E-Sign, Digital Experience, or CFO applications.
• Familiarity with BNY / Pershing platforms or APIs.
