SWIVEL is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to design and maintain SaaS solutions and integrate core systems. You will work in autonomous teams to deliver high-quality software that meets customers’ needs, while mentoring and guiding fellow developers.

Essential Duties Include The Following- Build systems to interface with SWIVEL clientele.
- Automate processes to improve efficiency.
- Build tools to eliminate repetitive tasks.
- Participate in self-organizing teams working toward a common goal.
- Respond to issues as they arise and collaborate with product support teams.
- Work with product partners to understand requirements and goals.
- Prepare wireframes and mock-up for proposed designs.
- Conduct peer reviews to enforce development and security standards.
- Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers on the team.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or four-year university, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of three years of experience, with knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, and strong background in C#, HTML, JavaScript, XML, JSON, relational data modeling, and advanced SQL tuning.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as C#, Node.js, ASP.NET, Type Script, and HTML/CSS.
- Extensive experience with relational databases and general knowledge of No
SQL databases. - Exposure to microservice architecture and cloud-native services (preferably AWS: Lambda, API Gateway, Fargate, SNS, SQS, Cloud Front, Cloud Formation, etc.).
- Experience in a CI environment with build, release, and deployment pipelines.
- Knowledge of Agile principles with experience in Scrum or Kanban.
- General knowledge of domain-driven design, three-tier architecture, and other design patterns.
- Knowledge of team development tools and source control such as Visual Studio, Azure Dev Ops, JIRA, GIT.
- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks including Angular, Vue.js, Knockout, React, Polymer.
- Willingness and ability to adapt and learn new technologies and processes.
- Proficient with standard office equipment and MS Office tools.
- Ability to sit for long periods analyzing, modifying, and testing software programs.
- Ability to lift or move 20–40 lbs. of computer-related objects, manuals, or other office items.
