The Role – Salesforce Developer (Hybrid | San Antonio, TX)Seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain custom solutions within a Nonprofit Cloud environment. This role partners cross-functionally to translate business needs into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions.
Location requirement: Candidates must currently reside in the San Antonio, TX area. Hybrid schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Support testing, deployments, and code reviews
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Maintain documentation and follow best practices for security and performance
- Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements and certifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Java Script
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Understanding of Salesforce administration fundamentals
- Experience with source control and Agile methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (or equivalent experience)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (required)
- Experience with Nonprofit Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
- CI/CD and Dev Ops exposure
- BOOMI, Copado, or similar tools
- Additional Salesforce certifications (PD II, Architect-level certs a plus)
