Software Engineer Security Clearance

• Collaborate with government stakeholders to meet technical and operational objectives.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle using Agile or other industry-standard methodologies.
• Provide regular progress updates and rigorous testing documentation.
• Support the integration of semantic web technologies into the SaaS portal, enabling advanced data querying, relationship mapping, and knowledge graph construction.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related STEM field.
• Active TS Clearance with ability to receive SCI.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with software development lifecycle and methodologies.
• Prior experience in SPARQL query development and graph database technologies (RDF, OWL, etc).
• Prior experience supporting the integration of semantic web technologies into the SaaS portal.
• Semantic Web Technologies.
• SPARQL query development.
• Resource Description Framework (RDF).
• Ontology Web Language (OWL).
• Experience constructing and querying knowledge graphs.
• Graph database experience (Graph
  
  DB, Stardog, Neo4j with RDF plugins, or similar triple stores).
• Hands‑on experience with graph databases.
• Software development.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, C#.
• Data integration and ETL.
• Experience ingesting, transforming, and linking disparate data sources into graph structures.
• Ability to develop data pipelines that support semantic enrichment and ontology-driven modeling.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Familiarity with software ontology and triple-store databases.
• Familiarity with building HTTP-based web services (JavaScript, Java Spring Boot, etc).
• Familiarity with source management repositories such as Git, Apache Subversion, Bit Bucket.
• Familiarity with secure software development practices.
• Familiarity with data description languages: XML, YAML, JSON, JSON‑LD.

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience supporting Department of Defense or Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) programs.
