Role Overview

The primary accountability for this role is to own the personalization experiences, capabilities, and backlog execution. This includes managing features, requirements, and delivery outcomes. The position requires interfacing with IT delivery teams on a day-to-day basis within an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Translate business strategy and experience needs into detailed epics, features, and user stories.

* Own and prioritize a complex backlog that supports numerous experiences, insights, and integrated systems.

* Balance new feature development with the management of technical debt and ensuring platform stability and performance.

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated pay rate for this position is between $60.00 and $65.00 per hour. The provided pay rate is a good faith estimate. The final pay rate will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications, and may be negotiable. Benefits may be available to eligible employees.
