Within the Direction of Innovation, you join the Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technologies division. This division develops breakthrough solutions to secure and personalize the driving experience of the Group's future vehicles.
Your missions:
The landscape of Artificial Intelligence is evolving rapidly, opening up new perspectives for driver assistance systems. In this context, we are interested in emerging models, including Vision Language Action models (VLA), or World Models (WM).
Within a dynamic team specialized in artificial intelligence, your mission will be to dive into these technologies. By actively contributing to their prototyping and evaluation within the team, you will help us understand their true potential, limitations, and concrete impact on the development of our future products. As the technology is constantly evolving, you will contribute with the team to continuously show agility in the face of the state of the art.
Concretely, your adventure will revolve around the following axes:
- Surveillance and Study: You will contribute to staying up to date on the state of the art by identifying the most promising publications, open-source models, and tools.
- Experimentation and Prototyping: You will implement these technologies by developing prototypes. This may include the use of pre-trained models, their adaptation, or other forms of experimentation according to opportunities and available resources.
- Analysis of Results: You will rigorously analyze the performance of the prototypes. Your role will be to identify their strengths and weaknesses on driving-related use cases.
- Sharing and Synthesis: You will regularly share your findings with the team and contribute your analysis to our technical reflections.
Who are you?
- You are preparing an Engineering or Master 2 degree with a specialization in Computer Science, Robotics, or Artificial Intelligence.
- The Linux environment holds no secrets for you.
- You have a keen interest in generative models (LLM, VLM, World Models, VLA, and others) and their application to complex problems.
- You are proficient with the tools, environments, and APIs essential for development:
Github, FastAPI, JSON, Jupyter, Cuda. - "Maker" at heart, you are creative, autonomous, and proactive in the face of technical challenges.
- You enjoy working in teams, sharing your knowledge, and arguing your technical choices with conviction.
- You have a thirst for learning and are passionate about cutting-edge research topics.
- You have operational technical English indispensable for evolving in a scientific and international context.
- You have excellent mastery of Python and significant practical experience with AI frameworks like PyTorch, Tensor Flow, HF Transformers.
