Skills: 5-7 years related IT experience required SEE BELOW

Job Description:

• Demonstrates a working proficiency in Python (min 5 years experience)
• Execute and write python automation test scripts to test RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of Jenkins to build and troubleshoot automated test execution jobs
• Excellent knowledge of object oriented programming
• Experience with Linux, such as Red Head or Ubuntu and/or Windows
• Demonstrated proficiency in creating technical documentation

Preferences:

• 5-8 years of development test automation experience
• Experience in an Agile environment using a CI/CD Model Methodology
• Strong understanding of software/testing methodologies such as TDD
• Good understanding of Cloud computing concepts
• Strong knowledge of performance, load, and stress testing
• Good understanding of SOAP UI
• Good understanding of .net platform

• Writes and executes automated test scripts using a pre-defined framework
• Designs and implements test frameworks and tools
• Writes positive and negative smoke and regression test scripts to test product functionality and integration with dependencies
• Tests APIs, user interfaces, web services and/or web applications
• Performance, load, and Security Testing
• Participates in test automation code reviews
• Works closely with Development from Design phase to implementation into production
• Collaborates with other quality and development engineers to build, evolve, and maintain a scalable continuous build and deployment pipeline
