- Lead Guidewire Policy Center development and enhancement activities
- Analyze business requirements and provide technical design solutions
- Configure and customize Policy Center using Gosu, PCF, Data Model, Rules, Workflows, and Product Model
- Design and develop integrations with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP web services, messaging, and batch processes
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices
- Support release planning, deployment activities, and production issue resolution
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership
- Participate in estimation, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and recommend solutions
Salary Range- $120,000-$160,000 a year
