Responsibilities

  • Architect, implement, and maintain automation frameworks for web tests (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress), API tests (Postman, Swagger) and backend testing.
  • Partner with Dev Ops to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Bitbucket).
  • Drive adoption of AI into automation frameworks, coding, and test management.
  • Establish metrics and dashboards to track test coverage, execution, and quality trends.
  • Drive adoption of shift‑left testing by collaborating with developers and product managers during design and development phases.

  • Work with a globally distributed team to ensure project coverage focusing on prioritization, tasking, and status reporting.
  • Act as the automation evangelist across the organization – educating cross‑functional teams on benefits of automation, processes, and methodology for creating automated tests and tracking automation ROI.
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, set goals, monitor performance, identify career paths, and ensure team members are cross‑trained.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Hands‑on experience coding for test automation in an agile environment.
