• Hands‑on experience with PCF Configuration
• Product Model
• Data Model Extensions
• Batch Processes
• Workflows
• Rating Configuration
• Integration Framework

• REST and SOAP Web Services
• XML, JSON, XSD
• SQL and relational databases (Oracle/SQL Server)
• Git, Bitbucket, SVN, or similar version control tools
• CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
• Experience with cloud environments is a plus

• Experience with Insurance Suite upgrades and cloud implementations
• Experience in Personal Lines or Commercial Lines Insurance
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Lead Guidewire Policy Center development and enhancement activities
• Analyze business requirements and provide technical design solutions
• Configure and customize Policy Center using Gosu, PCF, Data Model, Rules, Workflows, and Product Model
• Design and develop integrations with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP web services, messaging, and batch processes
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices
• Support release planning, deployment activities, and production issue resolution
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and recommend solutions
