• Guidewire Policy Center Certified Professional/Developer.
• Experience with Insurance Suite upgrades and cloud implementations.
• Experience in Personal Lines or Commercial Lines Insurance.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Lead Guidewire Policy Center development and enhancement activities.
• Analyze business requirements and provide technical design solutions.
• Configure and customize Policy Center using Gosu, PCF, Data Model, Rules, Workflows, and Product Model.
• Design and develop integrations with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP web services, messaging, and batch processes.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices.
• Support release planning, deployment activities, and production issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
• Participate in estimation, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and recommend solutions.

Salary Range- $120,000-$160,000 a year
