Job Description- Technical Leadership: Deep experience in Claim Center implementation, configuration, and customization. Provide hands‑on leadership and guidance to development teams working on Guidewire Policy Center Cloud.
- Architecture & Design: Define and lead the architectural design of Guidewire solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Development & Configuration: Engage in hands‑on development, configuration, and customization of Guidewire Claim Center applications on Cloud
- Integration: Design and implement integrations between Guidewire Claim Center and other systems.
- Mentorship: Mentor and develop junior team members, sharing expertise and promoting best practices.
- Stakeholder
Collaboration:
Work with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and align technical solutions. - Technical Proficiency: Skills in Guidewire APD/Studio, Java, and XML for configuration and integration development.
- Software Development Lifecycle: Experience in the entire SDLC, including analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile delivery processes and distributed teams.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills to manage teams and client relationships effectively
