Software Engineer Intern at IGS Energy

As an IT Intern, you will be involved in all phases of software development, from requirements definition to production releases. You will be embedded in a cross‑function team of analysts, developers, product managers, and testing staff, collectively striving to quickly deliver high‑quality, high‑value software.

• Design and develop web applications and APIs that allow our business partners and customers to be more efficient and productive.
• Participate in design sessions with other Engineers, Business Analysts, Users and Quality Assurance Analysts.
• Work in a collaborative, agile team environment that leverages the latest stack technologies.
• Write SOLID code using test‑driven development methodologies.
• Execute development tasks in accordance with project timelines.
• Develop automated tests in partnership with application development for continuous regression testing.

• Experience with and understanding of Design Patterns (Strategy, Abstract Factory, Singleton, Adapter, etc.)

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in CIS/CSE/MIS.

$31,200.00 – $62,400.00. This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.
