The Opportunity:

As a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll provide technical leadership across the entire software stack-from intuitive user experiences and scalable backend services to cloud-native architectures and distributed systems. You'll work closely with product owners, architects, and fellow engineers to define technical direction, mentor developers, and build high-quality software that solves challenging real-world problems.

What You'll Do
* Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable full-stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.

* Design and develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems that support high-performance, mission-critical applications.

* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

* Drive software architecture decisions, establish engineering standards, and conduct technical design and code reviews.

* Build intuitive, responsive user interfaces while ensuring maintainable, testable, and reusable code.

* Design and optimize data models, persistence layers, and application integrations.

* Champion software quality through automated testing, code quality practices, and continuous improvement.

* Mentor engineers through technical coaching, architecture guidance, and career development.

* Partner with Dev Ops engineers to ensure applications are designed for reliable deployment, scalability, observability, and operational excellence.

* Stay current with emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve engineering practices and platform capabilities. Join us. The world can't wait. You Have:
* 10+ years of experience with software engineering, including leading the design and delivery of complex software systems

* Experience with Git-based development workflows, automated testing, and Agile software development

* Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure

* Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform or Bicep, and cloud-native architectures.

* Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines and implementing Dev Ops or Dev Sec Ops  best practices

* Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership across development teams

* Knowledge of software architecture, object-oriented design, design patterns, and engineering best practices

* Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

* Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

* Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have:
* Experience with monorepo tooling such as Nx or Turborepo

* Experience developing modern full-stack applications using Type Script, JavaScript, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks, including React preferred

* Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and distributed or microservice-based architectures

* Experience working with relational or No

SQL databases and designing scalable data models

* Experience working in ATO, RMF, or other regulated software development environments

* Experience with NIST 800-53, STIGs, secure software development practices, or software supply-chain security

* Experience with Open Telemetry, observability platforms, or distributed tracing

* Possession of excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
