Java Lead developer

Mandatory required skills:- Core Java (Java 8/11+), Spring Boot, Spring Cloud
- Microservices architecture & REST APIs
- Frontend:
React / Angular / Type Script / Java Script - Experience building distributed systems and scalable applications
- Containerization:
Docker, Kubernetes - CI/CD tools:
Jenkins / Git Hub / Git Lab - Cloud & Dev Ops :
Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway) - Experience in P&C or Life Insurance systems
- Strong mix of hands-on coding + architecture + team leadership
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade insurance applications using Java full stack technologies, microservices architecture, and AWS cloud platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead end-to-end full stack development using Java (Spring Boot) + UI frameworks (React/Angular)
- Define and drive microservices-based architecture and API strategy
- Provide technical mentorship, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices
- Design and implement cloud-native applications on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS)
- Build scalable RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices architectures
- Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and performance optimization
- Define solution architecture, integration patterns, and system workflows
- Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical planning
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Integrate with insurance platforms (Guidewire)
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Ensure code quality through testing, automation, and reviews
