—Position details below. This role supports the transportation team to ensure total customer satisfaction through complete and reliable delivery service. The Delivery Driver – Class A at Pacific Seafood handles products carefully, delivering them in a timely manner to the correct destination. The role is suitable for someone who is reliable, safety conscious, and has strong organizational skills.

Department: San Antonio Driver

Location: San Antonio

Compensation: $23.00 / hour

• Efficient Operations:
  Picking and packing orders;
  Drive and deliver orders to customers;
  Load and unload products;
  Configure routes when necessary to help improve service levels to customers.
• Quality and Compliance:
  Verify order to ensure correct products loaded;
  Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed;
  Ensure goods are loaded into trucks in a safe and logical order;
  Make sure the load is properly secured;
  Return all shipping documents to Transportation Manager on completion of deliveries;
  Maintain cleanliness of vehicle and report any maintenance problems to manager;
  Represent the company in a positive manner in all customer interactions;
  Address and resolve customer problems, as appropriate.

• Required
• High school diploma or GED
• A minimum of six months related experience driving tractor trailer field and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid CDL Class A

• Preferred
• Must have a clean driving record
• Microsoft Teams knowledge

• Perform sedentary work, walking and standing as required; reach and extend hands and arms in any direction
• Fingering, picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers
• Speak to convey detailed or important spoken instructions
• Hear and perceive sounds at normal levels with or without correction
• Have close visual acuity to perform data analysis, reading, and viewing computer terminals
• Perform repetitive motions of wrists, hands, and fingers
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

• Office and warehouse environment

• Plant exposure to wet, cold, and/or humid temperatures
