Top View Sightseeing is expanding — and we’re excited to announce the launch of Tea Around Town® in San Antonio, Texas
!

Tea Around Town® is a one-of-a-kind mobile afternoon tea experience hosted aboard our custom double-decker buses. Guests enjoy curated tea service while touring some of the city’s most iconic landmarks. We are building our founding driver team in San Antonio and are seeking professional, safety-focused CDL drivers who want to be part of a new market launch.

As a Bus Driver – Tea Around Town® San Antonio
, you will play a key role in delivering both a safe transportation experience and a polished hospitality-driven service. This is a highly visible, guest-facing position requiring strong professionalism and situational awareness in an urban driving environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to join at the ground level of a new city launch and grow with the operation.

$24.00 per hour
Full-Time | On-Site

Please note:

This position does not include additional benefits.

• Safely operate a double-decker bus along designated San Antonio routes
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain compliance with DOT, state, and local regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations management
• Provide professional, courteous interactions with guests
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
• Support a smooth and timely guest experience throughout each route

• Valid CDL Class B license with Passenger (P) endorsement required
• Clean driving record
• Prior bus, shuttle, or commercial passenger driving experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of safe urban driving practices
• Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Comfortable working in a hospitality-forward environment
