365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates and newly licensed drivers for a paid 4 to 6 week mentor program that leads to solo regional driving. • $1,600 to $1,800 per week after successful completion of training

• Valid Class A CDL
• Graduate of an accredited CDL school
• Clean motor vehicle record
• Able to meet DOT physical requirements and complete required pre‑employment screenings
• Safety‑first mindset, reliability, coachability, and professional communication
• No prior over‑the‑road experience required
