• Establish and maintain safe work zones using the proper equipment
• Collaborate with and supervise team members to ensure safety of all personnel
• Manage traffic flow effectively with stop/slow paddles
• Report to the facility each day
• Travel between multiple job sites daily
• Follow standards and procedures established by the company
• Accurately fill out required documentation, reports, and logs in a timely manner
• Load and unload equipment as needed from truck yard and multiple work sites daily
• Be responsible for the safe operation and upkeep of crews, vehicles, and equipment
• Deliver exceptional service and protection to our clients
• Work outside in all types of weather

• ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor Certification
• Valid driver’s license
• 2+ years of traffic control experience
• Commercial driving experience
  
  Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Open availability that may include various start/end times, weekends, and holidays
• Must pass pre‑hire screening, including a drug test (safety‑sensitive position)

Work Environment:
The job is fast paced and requires continuous attention to detail. The work is performed in low and high traffic areas exposed to the elements.
