Hydrovac Operator

Precise Contractors is looking for Hydrovac operators to perform hydro excavation for Commercial/Industrial Projects in the San Antonio area.

• 95% of this position is operating the vehicle on location. 5% is driving the vehicle to the site.
• Pre‑trip vehicle inspection.
• Drive truck to location.
• Safely operate truck on location.
• Fuel the truck and clean out cab upon arrival at yard.
• Post inventory truck tools.
• Post vehicle inspection.
• Properly fill out electronic work log and submit to office.
• All trucks are manual transmissions.

Compensation: Operators with verifiable Hydro Excavation experience start at $25‑$30/hr, reviewed every 90 days. Experience means independent on‑the‑job performance without micromanagement.

Health Insurance: Company covers $250 towards employee portion.

Housing: Available at the yard for employees, free.

Salary: $25‑$30/hr with 2 years verifiable Hydro‑Vac experience.

Required experience: 2 years driving experience.

Required license or certification: Class A CDL or Class B with Tanker.
