• Assign, update, and track delivery routes using internal systems.
• Respond to exceptions (e.g., delivery delays, failed scans) and escalate when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal team to resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and internal documentation.
• Prepare reports related to dispatch performance, incidents, or delivery delays.
• Assist with updating system entries and filing delivery paperwork.
• Follow up on POD issues, delivery errors, or customer feedback.

• Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant software.
