• Coordinate daily transport schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery across all routes
• Track and analyze performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and support continuous improvement
• Work closely with carriers and vendors to resolve operational issues and uphold service quality
• Assist with warehouse and order management tasks to support seamless logistics execution

• Customer Orientation — intermediate level; ensuring service delivery meets client expectations and resolving concerns proactively
• Logistics Operations — intermediate level; coordinating transport schedules and managing daily operational workflows
• Drives for Results — intermediate level; maintaining focus on delivery timelines and operational targets
• Software and Applications Development and Analysis — intermediate level; using logistics systems to track shipments and analyze performance data
• Problem Solving — developing level; identifying and addressing operational challenges as they arise

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 62,400 - USD 85,000 per year. Compensation within this range depends on several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and education or training.
