DOCUmation is a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering innovative business solutions throughout Texas. Our services include Managed Print Services, Managed IT Services and Facilities Management Services.
The Courier is responsible for providing reliable onsite courier services for a designated customer account. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the timely pickup, transportation, and delivery of mail, packages, supplies, and other materials while maintaining exceptional customer service.
The Courier reports directly to the Site Manager and is expected to work Monday through Fridays from 7 am – 4pm.
Successful candidates must be dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently while meeting established schedules and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up mail from two designated U.S. Post Office locations and deliver it to multiple customer destinations according to established schedules.
- Load, transport, and unload mail, packages, office supplies, groceries, and other materials using carts, dollies, and other appropriate equipment.
- Safely operate a company vehicle while complying with all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance, including monitoring fluid levels, tire pressure, cleanliness, fueling, and reporting maintenance or repair needs to management.
- Maintain accurate delivery schedules and complete assigned routes efficiently.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service during all deliveries and interactions.
- Follow all company safety, security, and confidentiality procedures.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

- Ability to follow established routes, schedules, and delivery procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and reliability.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles in varying traffic and weather conditions.
Education & Certification:
- Minimum:
High School Diploma or GED.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Ability to load and unload deliveries using carts and dollies.
- Ability to clearly communicate verbally with customers, coworkers, and management.
- Ability to hear and understand verbal instructions and communicate effectively.
Special Requirements:
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record throughout employment.
- Must successfully meet all company driving and insurance eligibility requirements.
