Labatt Food Service, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, is the tenth largest food service distributor in the nation. We operate in a high‑intensity, high‑transaction logistics environment, supplying 14,000 items to food‑away‑from‑home customers in Texas and New Mexico from 5 distribution centers. Labatt wants its commissioned drivers to have the safest fleet of trucks available. Trucks are equipped with the latest suite of radar and safety technology on the market, such as adaptive braking and collision mitigation, lane departure warnings, and tire pressure monitoring on all tires.

All our trucks are new and with automatic transmissions that will help with a smooth ride every day.

• Assist with the delivery of up to 600–1,200 cases by hand daily.

• Entry Level – no experience required; we will help you start and build a career.
• Prior experience in warehouse work, delivery driving, package handling, order selection, manufacturing, construction, general labor, landscaping, shipping and receiving, material handling, or any job that works with your hands is a plus.
• Desire to become a Route Driver.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Pass pre‑employment background check, motor vehicle report, drug test, and physical.

• Monday‑Friday, dispatch times between 3:00 am and 5:00 am to finish.
• Average salary $700 – $760 per week.
• $2,500 sign‑on bonus (split into $1,250 after 6 months and $1,250 after 12 months).
• Up to $1,500 driver referral bonus (offered once employed).
