CDL A Local Truck Driver

Salary and Compensation

Average Weekly Pay: $1,600 - $1,900 plus bonus opportunities. Pay per mile compensation structure with opportunities for night route differential, quarterly bonus, extra day pay.

• PTO: 144 hours (nearly 4 weeks) in first year

• Valid CDL driver's license with Med Card.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• At least 6 months of tractor‑trailer experience within the last 3 years or equivalent military experience.

• Maintain courteous and professional behavior & appearance.
• Load and secure vehicles on our 9‑car haulers.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain driver log.
• Transport vehicles between Carvana locations and adhere to delivery schedule.
• Maintain a clean driving record and Class A CDL.
• Ensure safe and timely delivery of customer cars.
• Communicate with transportation team.

• Walk 75 feet and climb a 10‑foot ladder.
• Bend, kneel, twist, squat, stand, and climb to secure load.
• Stand, stretch, walk, stoop, push, and/or pull in an outdoor environment.
• Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
• Use of safety equipment such as non‑slip shoes, gloves, and protective garments.
• Frequent driving.
