Emergency Roadside Driver

Schedule:

2pm/4pm – 10:30pm/12:30am (includes weekends)

Pay:
Starting at $23.98/hr with shift differentials ($0.75–$1.50/hr), productivity incentives up to $1,900/month, and a 401(k) plan with a company match of up to 6%.

• Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently.
• Perform simple vehicle diagnostics to identify issues.
• Provide roadside assistance: tire changes, fuel delivery, and vehicle lock‑outs.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a calming presence for members.
• Adhere to company procedures and safety standards.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Customer‑first mindset and passion for helping people.
• Willingness and flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Work outdoors at vehicle sites, lifting and carrying tires and parts up to 50 pounds.
• Work in all weather and traffic conditions; sites may be wet, messy, and hazardous.
• Require a photograph for identification purposes.
