Role

Provide real-time guidance and support to autonomous vehicles (AVs) in complex driving scenarios. Assist AVs in real time across multiple geographic locations, including Los Angeles, CA;
San Francisco, CA;
Phoenix, AZ;
Austin, TX, and future sites.

• Guide AVs through challenging situations such as blocked streets, narrow lanes, and private driveways to ensure efficient and safe navigation.
• Collaborate with AVs to optimize driving paths, considering lane closures and traffic conditions.
• Monitor AV behavior and intervene when necessary to prioritize safety and avoid hazards.
• Maintain effective communication with AVs to ensure seamless cooperation and timely responses.
• Adapt to dynamic road conditions and rapidly address unexpected challenges.
• Analyze past performance and identify opportunities for improving AV technology.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations and certifications.

• Strong focus on safety and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
• Strong customer service, de‑escalation, communication, and interpersonal skills with at least 2 years of experience.
• At least 3 years of driving experience on public roads.
• Adaptability to new technologies and processes.
• Ability to self‑correct and learn from previous mistakes.
• Maintain safety compliance certifications.
• Ability to stay focused and seated for multiple hours at a time.
• Ability to multitask in dynamic situations.
• Schedule flexibility to support a 24/7 operation, including holidays.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background, drug, and employment checks.
