The Regional Work
Drivers operate throughout the Southwest on familiar dry van routes with 100% no-touch freight. Established customer lanes help reduce frequent changes in operating areas while supporting reliable mileage from one week to the next.

Home time is provided weekly, allowing drivers to maintain a regular routine without staying away from home for extended periods. Familiar freight patterns and steady lane coverage help make each trip easier to plan while supporting productive driving time.
This position is suited for drivers who prefer regional freight, dependable scheduling, and an operating area that becomes more familiar with each trip.
Equipment & Driver Setup
Drivers are assigned late-model automatic tractors equipped for comfort during regional trips. The equipment includes an APU, inverter, refrigerator, and double bunk, giving drivers the practical features needed during time away from home.

Equipment is maintained to help limit unnecessary downtime, while driver support remains available throughout each trip. Rider and pet programs are also available for qualifying drivers.
Pay & Benefits
Drivers earn $1,500–$1,650 per week based on dispatched miles and available freight. Consistent Southwest freight and established routing help support dependable weekly earnings while maintaining a balanced home time schedule.

Driver Qualifications
