Your day begins at our San Antonio shop between 8:00 and 8:30 am. After clocking in and loading your equipment, you join a brief team meeting to review the day’s route. From 8:30 am to noon, you’ll visit multiple properties to mow, trim, edge, and clean up, following a clear checklist to ensure quality. After a lunch break, you continue your route, maintaining a steady pace and finishing each site with a final cleanup.

Most days wrap up by 4:00 pm, with a return to the shop to unload and prepare for the next day.

Unlike jobs with unpredictable schedules or unclear expectations, we offer consistent routes and a stable Monday through Friday schedule. Our team values steady paychecks, clear standards, and a respectful work environment where everyone’s role matters. • Complete scheduled landscaping routes on time
• Mow, trim, edge, and clean properties to company standards
• Load and unload equipment daily

• Training pay: $14/hour;
  Regular pay: $16-$18/hour
• Average weekly earnings: $480 - $640 (30-40 hours/week)
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; weekends on-demand
• Performance, attendance, and client review bonuses available
• Opportunities for growth into driver and crew lead roles

• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, and light rain
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks including walking, lifting, and standing
• Commitment to full-time schedule and punctual attendance
